How we
gather.
We gather in sixes and twelves, online and in person. Small enough that every voice has room. Long enough that someone says the thing they came in circling. We bring real questions, not polished ones, and we follow where curiosity leads.
The format changes depending on where and how we meet. The kitchen-table feeling doesn't.

The Tea Salon has a long history. It is where women gathered to think together when the other rooms weren't open to them.
We are reviving that tradition: an afternoon, a question, and a group of women willing to say the thing they haven't said yet — and find out they weren't alone in it.
