Work With Me · 1:1 Coaching

That is enough
to begin.

For women carrying a question they haven't quite said out loud yet.

01 · The pull

What brought
you here.

Something has been pulling at you, whether or not you have a name for it yet. You arrived here with something real, and that is enough to begin.

Coaching works best when there is something specific to hold: a decision that keeps circling, a role that has stopped fitting, a question you haven't been able to say out loud yet. We start there, and we follow what opens up underneath it — because the thing that brought you here is rarely the whole story.

02 · The weight

What most of us
carry in.

What most of us bring into a coaching conversation is more than the question we arrived with. There are decisions that haven't moved, energy going in directions that no longer make sense, and a sense that managing within the constraints is simply what life requires now. It can feel so familiar that it starts to feel permanent.

One of the gifts of coaching is the wider view: the ability to take what you brought into the room and situate it inside the fuller life you are actually living.

When that picture comes into focus, options that weren't visible before begin to appear.

03 · What this is

A thinking partnership.

Not advice. Not mentoring. Not therapy. A structured space for clearer thinking. We are not excavating the past — we are working with what you are building from now.

04 · The shape of it

How we
work.

We begin with a discovery call: a conversation to understand what you are working with and whether we are the right fit for each other.

From there, we meet weekly for one-hour sessions. The weekly rhythm matters. So does the hour. Real movement needs room.

We start with your values, because everything else needs somewhere solid to land. We pay attention to the word "should" and get curious about whose voice is actually behind it. We look at what is pulling at your energy and what becomes possible when some of that weight shifts.

By the end of our time together, most women find they have more peripheral vision than they arrived with. More curiosity. A clearer sense of what they know.

The work, by then, has just started, and that's where it's meant to be.

i.

Discovery call

One conversation. We see if this is the right fit for what you're working with.

ii.

Weekly hour

We meet for an hour every week. The rhythm matters; so does the hour.

iii.

Real movement

Values first, then everything else. We follow what opens up underneath.

The work doesn't add what is missing.
It surfaces what is already there.

Most of my clients arrive knowing more than they think they do. The conversation creates the conditions for that knowing to become visible — and actionable.

05 · What you leave with

Coaching brought
you to the edge
of the river.

What you find there is that the way things are is not the only way things can be.

i.
A calmer mind.
ii.
Sharper trust in your own judgment.
iii.
A sense of agency you found for yourself.
iv.
Decisions that match the leader you actually are.
